Soar Airlines was a fictional American low-cost airline. It was known to experiment with strategies that were largely unheard of in the airline industry, such as using widebody airliners in an all-economy layout on long haul flights. It appears in FS2002 and FS2004. In the latter game, their Boeing 747-400s and Boeing 777-300s have a new livery while their McDonnell Douglas MD-83s retain the FS2002 livery. In FSX, their fleet consisted entirely of MD-83s, similar to that of Airwave Airlines. It appears to have ceased operations between 2006 and mid-2020 as it does not appear in MSFS 2020.
